Delivery available in France, Corsica and Monaco. Your order is prepared and shipped according to the delivery methods and times detailed below. For deliveries abroad, shipping costs will apply, please refer to the GTC.
Delivery times may be extended during commercial operations. Equial is not responsible for extended delivery times in the following cases (non exhaustive list):
Strikes, closures or other industrial action, bad weather, inability to use rail, ship, aircraft, road or other private or public transport, shipping, postal or other accidents.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery in relay points.
Your parcel is delivered within 3 to 5 working days, in a relay point near you at the delivery address you gave when you placed your order, from Monday to Friday, by Chronopost relais, Mondial relay, Relais Colis...
You will be able to pick up your order at the relay point indicated by an email from Boxtal. You will have to show an ID and the order confirmation email.
RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days to return your products by post.
To make a free return:
For an exchange of model or size, contact Equial to check the availability of the product. If the product is out of stock, Equial will refund you within 14 days.
Stick the pre-paid postal label on your parcel.
Drop off your package at a relay point or your local post office.
